ENGINEERING CONSIDERATIONS
Define the system before the solution.
Operating sequences
Identify pump duties, level inputs, ventilation requirements and alarm interfaces. Auxiliary systems need a control narrative suited to the equipment served.
Protection interfaces
Review motor protection, sensor failures and permitted manual control. Fire-alarm interfaces must follow the installed system requirements.
Functional checks
Test agreed operating modes and alarm responses. Fire-system compliance and approvals are defined with the responsible parties, not inferred from a panel installation.
