ENGINEERING CONSIDERATIONS
Define the system before the solution.
Load and source review
Start with the single-line diagram, circuit schedules and existing source arrangement. Cable and protection choices depend on the actual load duty and installation conditions.
Installation interfaces
Identify cable routes, terminations, earthing and the boundary between existing circuits and new work. Confirm shutdown requirements before installation.
Verification
Agree insulation, continuity and functional checks appropriate to the installation. Test scope and acceptance requirements are set for each project.
