ASSOUM / MARINE ENGINEERING
Switchboards & Control Panels
Workshop-built power and control cabinets with clear operator interfaces and organised internal wiring.

Technical scope
Motor control, protection and drive cabinets
Control wiring and operator interfaces
Panel inspection, functional checks and installation support
The final scope depends on the installed equipment, available documentation and vessel operating requirements. Equipment selection, approvals and acceptance tests are agreed for each project; no class or manufacturer authorization is implied.
FROM BRIEF TO COMMISSIONING
A clear engineering workflow.
01 / Assess
Review the system, available drawings, symptoms and operating requirements.
02 / Define
Agree the technical scope, interfaces, schedule and quotation before work begins.
03 / Implement
Fabricate, install or retrofit the electrical and control systems within the agreed scope.
04 / Verify
Perform functional checks, testing and commissioning appropriate to the project.
Before we quote
Send equipment make/model, available drawings, photos, vessel or site location, the required work and your preferred service window.
ENGINEERING CONSIDERATIONS
Define the system before the solution.
Defined panel brief
Agree circuit schedules, enclosure needs, load duty and operator interfaces before fabrication. Component ratings require a defined design basis.
Build organisation
Plan component placement, busbar/conductor routing, terminal identification and access for maintenance. Drawings and labelling should correspond to the agreed assembly.
Inspection scope
Define workshop checks and onboard integration tests with the customer. Required approvals and acceptance documentation depend on the project.
