ENGINEERING CONSIDERATIONS
Define the system before the solution.
Understand the machine
Confirm motor data, mechanical duty, local/remote control and braking requirements. A winch or crane retrofit must be based on its actual operating arrangement.
Control priorities
Define permitted operating modes, travel limits and emergency-stop interfaces. Electrical logic must be reviewed alongside the machinery configuration.
Controlled testing
Agree the test conditions and site responsibilities before operation. Electrical control work does not imply lifting-equipment certification.
